Yes, our inspector needs access to the property in order to check the levels, that's why we ask for someone to be home or provide a lockbox code in case the house is vacant.
DO YOU WORK WITH A PLUMBER?

HOW MUCH DOES A PLUMBING INSPECTION COST?
The plumbing inspection has a cost of $500.00
IS THE INSPECTOR AN ENGINEER?

No, our inspectors are highly qualified to detect any foundation issue and give you a solution for it, however they are not licenced engineers and cannot provide a certified report.
HOW MUCH DOES AN ENGINEER REPORT COST?
We work with a third party licensed structural engineer that charge $450.00 per inspection and he will provide you a report after that.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a lifetime transferable warranty in the repaired areas by us that way, in case you sell your property, the warranty will still be active for the new owner, the process of warranty transfer is very simple: the buyer only has to pay the applicable fee and provide a plumbing inspection.
I WANT LESS WORK THAN THE INSPECTOR RECOMMENDED, CAN YOU DO THAT?

We do not recommend to perform less work than recommended, we can install the amount of piers you would like us to, but you need to be aware of possible consequences of leveling partial affected areas..
