How tunneling works

Inspect and mark the route.

We locate utilities, mark the tunnel path, and identify the best access point from outside the home to ensure safety and accuracy

Hand dig the tunnel

Our crew digs a 3×3 tunnel by hand, carefully removing soil to protect your foundation, plumbing lines, and surrounding areas.

Repair under the slab

Once the tunnel reaches the target area, we perform the necessary foundation or plumbing repairs with clear visibility and full access.

Backfill and compact

After repairs are completed and inspected, we return the soil, compact it in layers, and leave the property clean and stable.

Why we tunnel:

No interior damage

Tunneling allows us to access the foundation from outside the home, so there’s no need to break flooring, remove furniture, or create dust inside home.

No dust or debris inside

The  work is done externally, keeping the interior clean and livable throughout the repair, while allowing our crew to work efficiently and continuously.
